Natural Family Planning

Natural family planning helps you identify when you’re least likely to get pregnant during your cycle.

You’ll learn how to track fertility signs such as body temperature, cervical discharge, and cycle length.

Who can use it?

Most people can use natural family planning, but it’s important to track all signs together for best results. When done correctly, it can be up to 99% effective, though it’s generally less reliable than hormonal methods or condoms.

Certain factors — like irregular periods, illness, alcohol, or medication — can affect accuracy. It’s best to discuss this with one of our nurses or doctors first. LINK TO CONTACT US
